Booking & Payment
Your place in the retreat is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by the organiser.
Retreat Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or activities if necessary.
Retreat Cancellation
If the retreat must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will not receive a full refund of payments made. The organiser is not responsible for travel expenses incurred.
Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat venue.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations or personal circumstances.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, facilitators, and the retreat venue. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the retreat experience.
Personal Responsibility
Participants take full responsibility for their personal belongings and wellbeing during the retreat.

By booking this retreat, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy for RetreatsAll bookings are final. No refunds are offered for change of mind. Any cancellation requests must be requested in writing to bronsyoga99@gmail.com. Cancellations requested prior to 45 days outside of the event are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 45 days of the event forfeit all ticket costs, but may transfer their ticket to another name.
Cancellation Policy for ImmersionsRefunds are offered before 48 hours of the start of the event. Any cancellation requests must be requested in writing to bronsyoga99@gmail.com. Cancellations requested prior to 48 hours of the event are entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event forfeit all ticket costs, but may transfer their ticket to another name.
