Join me for a deeply nourishing immersion designed to harmonise the body, mind and spirit with the energy of season.
This Immersion falls under the powerful energy of the Full Moon 🌕 — a time of release, reflection, and renewal.
As we move through winter, nature invites us inward and to let go of what is no longer carrying life force. It is a season of letting go of what has become stagnant and releasing the things we have outgrown — the energies that no longer carry life force.

A gentle, nourishing practice designed to support your body, nervous system, and energy during the winter season.

Immerse yourself in vibrational frequencies and deep relaxation as you surrender into rest and restoration.

This immersion is suitable for all levels.
Important Information
Cacao Consumption
Please let me know on your registration form if you would like your cacao serving adjusted due to any of the following (including, but not limited to):
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Sensitivity to caffeine or other stimulants
Taking antidepressants or other mood-altering medications
On blood thinning medication or have heart problems.
This allows us to tailor your cacao serving appropriately and support your comfort and wellbeing throughout the experience.
You are also welcome to opt out of the cacao serving altogether.
