Aquarius Full Moon
It’s time to turn up the volume - welcome to Leo season, it’s your time to shine ✨
The Sun has moved into the sign of Leo and it is asking you to radiate your light out into the world, to have the courage to be seen for who you truly are, and to live from your heart.
When the Sun is in Leo we have a Full Moon in Aquarius, and this Full Moon illuminates where in our life we are dimming our light, where we are dulling our shine to keep others happy or comfortable.
Stop trying to fit in, because you are unique!
Full Moon’s are the peak of the cycle, where things get loud enough that we can’t pretend, ignore or escape what is trying to get our attention.
The Full Moon in Aquarius arrives on Thursday 30th August, and on the very same day the Sun meets Jupiter in Leo in a rare conjunction known as the Jupiter Cazimi, while the Moon meets Pluto.
Two enormous energies land together.
Full Moons = illumination, the end of something.
Aquarius = individuality, your uniqueness, freedom.
Sun = conscious self, YOU.
Leo = courage, heart-centred, shining your light out.
The Full Moon in Aquarius asks you to release whatever keeps you hiding or dimming, and to know your uniqueness matters.
The Moon sitting next to Pluto brings transformation at a soul level.
The Sun and Jupiter meet in Leo.
This is expansion of the heart at it’s peak, bringing courage, abundance and possibility.
The Full moon asks you to let go of what dims your light, then step fully into your power (Pluto) to shine (Sun) your unique light out. Jupiter amplifies it all 🌟
What are you ready to release so your brightest, most authentic self has room to expand?
The Full Moon wants you to see that you are unique and the world needs that.
Stop fitting in.
Stop pretending you’re someone else.
Stop dimming to make others comfortable.
You in your uniqueness gives permission for others to be in theirs.
This Full Moon opens eclipse season - our soul’s path in this lifetime.
The energy is shifting in a big way.
The next month isn’t about rushing ahead - it’s about paying attention to what’s being revealed, what no longer fits, and where you’re being invited to show up more fully as yourself.

Write down what you are releasing. Burn it!
This is big. The energy is powerful.
It may not be easy. It might hard AF.
Sometimes the emptying, the purifying out has to happen before your next evolution.
With everything in life there has to be a contraction before there’s an expansion.
Even with your own breath there is a contraction - the exhale - before the expansion, the filling up - the inhale.
Both happening at the same time.
Letting go. Filling up.
Can you say YES to it all!

BREATHWORK
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel your feet/seat on the ground.
Soften your jaw.
One hand to heart, one hand to belly.
Breathe into your heart - 5 breaths.
Each inhale, awakening.
Each exhale, releasing.
Do this for 2 minutes.
