New Moon in Cancer - Come home to yourself
This New Moon asks you to soften before you build.
This week's New Moon arrives in the deep waters of Cancer on Tuesday 14th July at 7.43pm.
It comes at a remarkable time, as we continue moving through one of the biggest planetary shifts we've experienced in years. The outer planets have all changed signs within six months of one another - this is profound change in and of itself.
It opens new pathways, new possibilities and invites us into a future that asks us to step forward into a new reality.
This New Moon is the ignition point of this rare planetary alignment.
July activates one of the rarest planetary alignments we have ever seen.
A threshold where the big 4 outer planets converge together with the Moon.
It reveals a doorway.
A choice point.
The energies at play -
🦋 Pluto - soul level transformation
💭 Neptune - dreams and imagination
💥 Uranus - awakening and revolution, think beyond what you always known.
💫 Jupiter - expansion, blessings, grace.
This weekend’s extraordinary planetary alignment is harmonious and overflowing with unlimited possibility and potential, awakenings, and new beginnings.
But before we rush toward what's next...
The Cancer New Moon gently whispers:
Come home first.
Before you build the new, create a place within yourself that feels safe enough to receive it.
Cancer isn't interested in pushing harder or striving for more.
It asks us to soften.
To listen.
To feel.
To remember who we are beneath all the noise.
Real transformation begins from within.
When your nervous system feels safe...
your intuition becomes clearer.
When you create belonging within yourself...
your outer world begins to reflect it.
When you become your own safe harbour...
there is less need to search outside yourself for what only you can give.
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do isn't to push harder.
It's allowing ourselves to be supported.
To receive love.
To receive help.
To receive grace.
To receive the goodness that has been trying to find us all along.
This New Moon marks a beginning.
Like every New Moon, it is a time for planting seeds.
But Cancer asks us to be intentional about what we're planting.
Not old dreams.
Not old patterns.
Not seeds that belong to a version of you you've already outgrown.
It’s seeds in about how you want to feel.
What makes you feel safe and held?
That feeling of what makes you feel safe and held is the ground you build everything else on.
Your emotions and feelings are not here to overwhelm you.
They hold wisdom.
Like the still waters of a quiet lake, beneath the surface they know the way forward.
This isn't a loud knowing.
It's the quiet whisper of your heart.
The gentle pull of your intuition.
The feeling that simply says...
This feels like home.
So over this New Moon, give yourself permission to slow down.
Breathe deeply.
Rest.
Fill your own cup first.
Because the life you're trying to create isn't built on rushing.
It's built on the foundation of how safe, connected and supported you allow yourself to feel.
May this New Moon be the beginning of returning home to yourself.
Big love,
Bron ✨

BREATHWORK
Nervous System Regulation
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
Take a comfortable seat.
Position your right hand - index and middle finger rest at your third eye. Press in gently, like you are pressing pause on your mind.
Thumb rests on right nostril, ring finger on left nostril.
Left hand resting on your thigh palm up or palm down.
Take a deep breath in through both nostrils and a clearing breath out.
Close off the right nostril and breathe in through the left nostril.
Release the right nostril and close off the left - breath out through the right nostril.
Breathe in through the right, close the right and release the left - breathe out of the left nostril.
This completes one round.
In through the left, out through the right.
In through the right, out through the left.
Do this for 6 rounds.
Make sure you finish by breathing out of your left nostril.
Sit with yourself for 2 minutes and notice how you feel.
The regulation.
The balance.
The clarity.
This is a practice to come back to and only takes a few minutes out of your day. But might be the most restoring and nurturing thing you do for yourself.
